Physical Health Tip:

Physical health tip. This was in our news paper last week to a doctor.
"My endocrinologist said my vitamin D level is too low and told me to take 2,000 IU daily. I have done that and find that my arthritis has disappeared. Is there a connection?
Answer: "It is possible. there is growing awareness that vitamin D deficiency can contribute to joint and muscle pain."

Well I (Sumner) have good news. I have had for a year terrible pain in my left hip joint. For the past three weeks, I have taken 2000 units of Vitamin D, daily and my hip pain is GONE. And I do mean GONE.

Use WD 40 to loosen stubborn zippers.
